This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and beach access. The staff once helped me with sim cards during my first stay. I highly recommend checking out the kayaks! I’m returning for Easter.

We had an awesome time at the Dolphin Cottage, especially enjoying the well-equipped kitchen for our meals and the fun paddleboards available right outside our door. The private tiki hut was perfect for relaxing evenings and soaking in the beautiful sunsets, making it a lovely spot to unwind. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi signal was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't take away from our overall fantastic experience! 🌅

The reasons I’m conflicted
Wonderfully friendly staff ensured our family had a great time with lots of water toys for endless fun. Gorgeous wildlife surrounded us and the location was perfect for accessing local restaurants.
The entrance was tricky to find amid what felt like a junkyard, and our cottage’s dated decor was a letdown compared to photos. There wasn't any real beach access, just docks.

Loved the Manatee Cottage! Cozy vibe with a clean interior. Direct access to kayaks was a blast. The outdoor tiki hut made for perfect evenings watching the sunsets. The kitchen was tiny but functional for quick meals. Got to enjoy nature with plenty of wildlife around. Only downside was the sailing equipment. some boats seemed a bit worn out, which could use some upgrades. Overall, it felt like a lovely, laid-back spot to unwind and connect with nature.

missingWrote a review on Jun 27water activitieskitchen amenitiesoutdoor showerdated interiors
The cottages offer direct access to water activities like kayaking and sailing. Amenities include private outdoor showers and well-equipped kitchenettes featuring a mini fridge, microwave, and two-burner stove for meal prep under the sun.
Cottage interiors look dated and may lack a polished finish that some travelers expect for the price paid. The entrance area has a sketchy vibe that might put off those used to more upscale environments, and the overall decor feels more like a budget-friendly beach house than a luxurious retreat.

The cottages were cozy and provided seamless access to the water, making our time there enjoyable and stress-free. We particularly appreciated the outdoor tiki hut, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the stunning sunsets each evening.
More modern furnishings would enhance the experience.

We stayed in the Manatee Cottage for 7 nights. The place was cozy, with a clean interior and the bed was super comfy. Having direct access to kayaks and paddleboards was a blast! The tiki hut outside was a great spot to chill. Lots of wildlife around, and we loved the outdoor space. The kitchen was tiny but good enough for quick meals. However, the sailing equipment was kinda old—some boats didn’t seem well-maintained. Still, we had a great time overall!
